Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support EU cross-border movement of goods and maintain robust compliance processes.

The role involves audits, broker coordination, and continuous improvement across Europe while minimizing customs-related risks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in international trade or customs compliance, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in international trade, customs compliance, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping/modelling tools, such as Visio.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization preferred.
• Interest in international trade, customs compliance and supply chain operations.
• Fluent in English; fluent in Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Global Trade Compliance risk management and audit strategy.
• Perform audits supporting AEO requirements and help implement corrective actions.
• Research customs and international trade compliance matters across Europe.
• Maintain trade compliance documentation, procedures, process maps, and training materials.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal stakeholders and global trade compliance teams on European customs matters.
• Contribute to trade compliance and business improvement projects.
• Support customs classification activities, rulings, and related database maintenance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in line with internal requirements.
• Support customs broker management and customs clearance activities.
• Assist with audit preparation and authority requests.
• Support new trade compliance initiatives across the region.
• Create and maintain role-related desk procedures.
