Levi Strauss & Co. in Brussels is offering a full-time internship to own end-to-end Open PO processes, trading notes governance, and campaign performance support across Europe.

You will manage weekly reports, maintain trackers, follow up with stores and traders, keep knowledge bases current, and assist with RTV and returns governance while learning the denim industry's fastest-changing campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Run and distribute weekly Open PO reports
• Maintain Open PO tracking files
• Follow up with stores on aged/open POs
• Escalate overdue actions to traders
• Identify recurring issues and trends
• Produce weekly Open PO status summary for the trading team
• Own weekly Trading Notes distribution
• Maintain action tracker from trading calls and meetings
• Track action deadlines and due dates
• Follow up with action owners for updates
• Escalate overdue actions where required
• Publish weekly "Open Actions" summary
• Highlight key risks, blockers and missing updates
• Maintain campaign trackers for major initiatives
• Track campaign milestones and deadlines
• Verify stock arrival in stores
• Monitor launch readiness
• Track delivery risks and escalations
• Load manual push orders when requested
• Add urgent shipments to Hot Shipments tracker when required
• Coordinate follow-up with stores and DC teams
• Monitor task force actions and completion
• Own trading SharePoint / knowledge repository
• Update process guides and SOPs
• Maintain training documents
• Support creation of one-page reference guides
• Maintain country-specific guidance
• Keep Omnibus and promotional compliance references current
• Organise and centralise best practice documentation
• Maintain RTV tracker
• Monitor RTV completion rates
• Follow up on overdue returns
• Track outstanding RTV actions
• Support store queries relating to returns
• Maintain returns reporting
• Highlight recurring process issues
• Support periodic returns reviews

Own the end-to-end Open PO process across Europe

Support governance and follow-up of trading actions across the business

Responsibilities:

• Own weekly Trading Notes distribution


• Maintain action tracker from trading calls and meetings


• Track action deadlines and due dates


• Follow up with action owners for updates


• Escalate overdue actions where required


• Publish weekly \"Open Actions\" summary


• Highlight key risks, blockers and missing updates

Promotion, Campaign & Task Force Performance Support

Support execution and performance tracking of key European campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Maintain campaign trackers for major initiatives: EOSS Black Friday Task Forces Blue Tab Pride Key brand activations


• Track campaign milestones and deadlines


• Verify stock arrival in stores


• Monitor launch readiness


• Track delivery risks and escalations


• Load manual push orders when requested


• Add urgent shipments to Hot Shipments tracker when required


• Coordinate follow-up with stores and DC teams


• Monitor task force actions and completion

Training Materials & Knowledge Base Management

Maintain trading documentation and team resources

Responsibilities:

• Own trading SharePoint / knowledge repository


• Update process guides and SOPs


• Maintain training documents


• Support creation of one-page reference guides


• Maintain country-specific guidance


• Keep Omnibus and promotional compliance references current


• Organise and centralise best practice documentation

Returns & RTV Administration

Support RTV and returns governance across Europe

Responsibilities:

• Maintain RTV tracker


• Monitor RTV completion rates


• Follow up on overdue returns


• Track outstanding RTV actions


• Support store queries relating to returns


• Maintain returns reporting


• Highlight recurring process issues


• Support periodic returns reviews

What Success Would Look Like After 6 Months

• Open PO reporting fully owned by the intern


• Weekly trading notes distributed consistently


• Europe campaign trackers maintained and updated


• Executive summaries available for all major promotions


• RTV tracker fully up to date


• Centralised trading knowledge hub created


• Traders spending less time on administration and more time on trading decisions

• This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
