Qualifications

• Ability to create processes and structures from scratch with a scalable mindset.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Master Franchise BENELUX.
• Recruit, screen, and contract new franchisees.
• Conduct market analyses and prepare business cases.
• Create a comprehensive Operations Manual.
• Design an onboarding program for new franchisees.
