Join a fast-growing fintech scale-up that recently raised €10 million in Series A funding, was named Best RegTech Company of the Year, and is helping financial institutions and other regulated enterprises transform compliance across Europe.
Leading organisations such as Belfius, Baloise, AG Insurance, and Swiss Life rely on Harmoney to manage compliance and third‑party risk. More importantly, you'll join a team that's ambitious, supportive, and genuinely enjoys building great things together.
As FP&A Manager, you'll turn Harmoney's numbers into decisions. You'll own planning, forecasting and performance management, and be the go‑to finance partner for the leadership team as we pursue our ambition to become a European leader in third‑party risk management, scaling quickly to €25M+ ARR. You'll work side‑by‑side with our Group Accounting Manager, who owns the books, and report directly to the CFO. With entities in Belgium and France, the role is scoped internationally from the start.
If you enjoy combining sharp analysis with real business influence in a fast‑growing international SaaS environment, we'd love to meet you.
Your impact
You’ll make sure leadership always knows where the business stands, where it is heading and what it takes to get there.
From leading the budget and rolling forecasts to building the SaaS KPI reporting and investment cases, you’ll give leadership, the board and investors clear insight into performance and support strategic decisions.
What you’ll do
- Drive planning and forecasting. Lead the annual budget and maintain rolling ARR, P&L and cash flow forecasts, including scenario and headcount planning.
- Build and own management and KPI reporting. Build and deliver the monthly management pack and board and investor reporting, in close collaboration with management, including SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC payback and burn multiple.
- Partner with the business. Work with department leaders on budgets, spend and performance, and challenge them with insight rather than just numbers.
- Manage cash visibility. Own the cash forecast and runway analysis, together with the Group Accounting Manager.
- Support strategic initiatives. Build the financial analysis for pricing, unit economics, investment decisions, market expansion, fundraising and M&A where relevant.
- Build the planning stack for scale. Design the FP&A model, reporting and dashboards, and use automation and AI to make planning faster and more reliable, together with our Business Operations team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you...
- Have 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, corporate finance, transaction services or audit, ideally in SaaS, tech or a scale‑up.
- Build clear, robust financial models and are at home in driver‑based forecasting.
- Have a solid understanding of accounting, so you can read a trial balance, reconcile forecast to actuals and follow a consolidation.
- Translate numbers into a clear story for both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
- Are hands‑on, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Enjoy using modern tools, automation and AI to work smarter.
- Are fluent in English and in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in the other language.
Nice to have
- Experience in a recurring revenue or B2B SaaS business.
- Experience with venture-backed or private equity-backed scale‑ups, including board or investor reporting.
- Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as PowerBI, BrightAnalytics or similar, and ERPs such as Odoo or Netsuite.
- A relevant qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or a master's in finance.
What you get
- Salary scale 3600 - 6100 gross / month, plus a wide range of benefits including company car/mobility budget, net allowance, pension plan, hospitalisation & group insurance, meal & eco vouchers, smartphone budget, phone subscription and 32 days of annual leave
- A flat, down-to-earth culture with approachable leadership, real ownership, and plenty of room to make an impact
- An intellectually challenging environment where you work with a modern tech stack and solve complex, real-world problems
- Become part of a warm, inclusive, and energetic team that enjoys learning from each other
- Hybrid from our Ghent office
