Job summary

Harmoney, a fast-growing fintech scale-up with European presence, seeks an FP&A & Business Control Lead to translate numbers into strategic decisions. You will own planning, forecasting, and performance management, partnering with the CFO and leadership to scale towards €25M+ ARR across Belgium and France.

The role is international from the start and offers a hybrid setup from our Ghent office. You’ll drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and KPI reporting, shaping the company’s financial story

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, corporate finance, transaction services or audit.
• Strong ability to build robust financial models and driver-based forecasting.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French proficiency is an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for ARR, P&L and cash flow.
• Build and deliver the monthly management pack and board/investor reporting with SaaS metrics.
• Partner with department leaders on budgets, spend and performance and challenge with insight.
• Manage cash visibility with forecast and runway analysis.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis for pricing, unit economics, expansion, fundraising and M&A.
• Design the planning stack and dashboards; leverage automation and AI to improve planning.
