Robert Half Talent Solutions in Brussels is seeking an FP&A Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels. You will lead multi-year planning, consolidate inputs across segments, and provide strategic analyses to the Executive Committee and Board.

You will partner with local CFOs and group executives, challenge assumptions and drive cross-functional FP&A contributions. A strong IFRS background (IFRS17/ Solvency II) and 8+ years of FP&A experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Commercial Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, performance management, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, IFRS reporting principles; IFRS17 and Solvency II is a strong asset.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights, strategic recommendations and executive messages.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group's multi-year financial planning, forecasting and target-setting processes.
• Consolidate inputs from business segments into an integrated financial plan and monitor performance against budget and targets.
• Prepare high-level performance reviews and strategic financial analyses for senior leadership (Executive Committee and Board).
• Act as a senior business partner to local CFOs and Group executives by challenging assumptions and providing actionable insights.
• Drive benchmarking, cross-functional collaboration and FP&A contributions to governance forums.
