Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels. As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for producing monthly management reporting for senior stakeholders, coordinating budgets, monitoring cash position and supporting liquidity management.

You will lead strategic finance projects, support senior leadership on ad hoc analyses, board preparation, acquisitions, and other high-priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance (audit, TS, consulting, FP&A, or business partnering).
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience preparing presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, hands-on, rigorous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Producing monthly management reporting for senior stakeholders, including financial and operational performance analysis;

The required profile for the Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) position:

You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, ideally within audit, transaction services, consulting, FP&A, or business partnering;

You have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business insights;

You are comfortable preparing presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders;

You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and you are hands-on, rigorous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
