Timper, Brussels-based, is hiring Founding AI Engineers to build the AI operating partner for real estate development. You'll own full systems, work directly with the founders, and ship rapidly.

You'll tackle messy data like PDFs, GIS layers, regulations, and public inquiries, shaping products from idea to production while improving performance and security.

This role offers a strong learning environment and a chance to own a significant equity stake as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience building frontend, backend, data and AI features.
• Ability to ship end-to-end features quickly.
• Experience working with real-world messy data (PDFs, GIS, APIs).
• Strong collaboration with founders and users.

Responsabilités

• Build product across frontend, backend, data, and AI systems.
• Design and ship features end-to-end, in days, not months.
• Work with messy real-world data: PDFs, GIS layers, regulations, scraped sources, APIs
• Improve system performance, reliability, security, and developer experience
• Talk to users often and turn pain points into shipped product fast
• Help shape engineering culture, standards, and how we build this company from the ground up
