Timper, Brussels-based, is hiring Founding AI Engineers to build the AI operating partner for real estate development. You'll own full systems, work directly with the founders, and ship rapidly.

You'll tackle messy data like PDFs, GIS layers, regulations, and public inquiries, shaping products from idea to production while improving performance and security.

This role offers a strong learning environment and a chance to own a significant equity stake as the company scales.

This means transforming regulations, permits, zoning plans, local sentiments, geospatial layers, public inquiries, and decades of fragmented documents into a system AI can reason over reliably. We're hiring Founding AI Engineers. You'll work directly with the founders. No layers. No middle management. You'll own real systems, solve problems with no existing playbook, speak with users, and ship constantly. We hire for raw intelligence, velocity, and hunger to build.
