Jobgether is seeking a Founding Software Engineer for a bold new real-time 3D product, based in Belgium. You will be the first engineer, working directly with product leadership to shape the MVP and architecture for browser-native experiences across devices.

As the product evolves, you will own technical direction, prototype rapidly, and contribute to the codebase while collaborating with an established engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with web-based game development and real-time 3D.
• Hands-on experience with Three.js, WebGPU, WebGL, PlayCanvas, or comparable frameworks.
• Professional Unity or game development experience.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to prototype rapidly.

Responsabilités

• Define the MVP and prototype different technical approaches.
• Evaluate technologies and select core web-game tech.
• Architect and build the initial product foundation.
• Collaborate with product leadership and the engineering team.
• Lead technically while contributing to the codebase.
