Within all our core markets we see a shift towards using more 3D content and representations and obtaining a better understanding of 3D content. In this light the following possible research topics can be further explored:

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Engineer to bridge the gap between design and development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences by combining user experience design principles with front-end engineering expertise. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging applications that meet both user and business needs.

You will be tasked in creating an intuitive, modern and fresh looking UI in Next.js / React combined with 3D principles in three.js

Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX)

• Assist with user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user flows and information architecture that improve usability and accessibility.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance product experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

User Interface (UI)

• Design visually engaging interfaces that align with branding and design standards.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces for web applications.
• Translate wireframes and design prototypes into high-quality front-end code.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components using modern frameworks such as React
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and application functionality.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.

Proficiency in:

• UX Design Methodologies
• Design Systems and Component Libraries
• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, next.js)
• Knowledge of 3d web frameworks (three.js, WebGL, WebGPU)
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience conducting user research and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with design-to-code workflows and component-driven development.
