Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Manager (Art Team) in Belgium to oversee a 2D Art team in a fast-paced mobile game environment. You will plan, road-map, and optimize workflows while using data analytics to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

You will bridge artists with producers, designers, developers, and marketing, driving process improvements and scalable tracking systems. Strong Jira expertise and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably supporting creative or art teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to structure and interpret large data sets.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Grafana/Tableau or similar.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, including workflows, dashboards, filters, and automations.
• Strong understanding of 2D art production pipelines and creative team workflows.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent Russian; intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Plan, break down, and manage Art team tasks across pipelines, backlogs, and sprints.
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, timelines, deadlines, and release plans.
• Allocate work among artists based on workload, capacity, and skills.
• Customize Jira extensively to support team workflows, dashboards, filters, and automations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for improving production efficiency.
• Create clear reports and dashboards with performance metrics.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks through data analysis and implement solutions.
• Coordinate communication between Art, producers, designers, developers, and marketing.
• Ensure art deliverables align with references and brand guidelines.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Maintain project docs and task trackers across Jira/Trello/Notion.
