As a React Native Developer, you’ll help build Donna, an AI-powered sales assistant designed for field sales teams. You’ll own the React Native mobile app—the primary touchpoint between users and Donna—while occasionally contributing to other parts of the TypeScript-based stack (frontend, backend, or AI). This is an early-stage startup environment where impact, fast iteration, and pragmatic problem-solving define the workflow.

What You’ll Do:

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth React Native UIs for iOS and Android.
• Diagnose bugs, fix performance bottlenecks, and ensure a “native feel.”
• Maintain code quality through automated tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine feature requirements.
• Prioritize tasks by breaking down large initiatives into manageable chunks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years building mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in React Native, across iOS and Android.
• Comfortable with debugging, performance tuning, and native integrations.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups is a plus.
• Output-driven mindset with strong analytical judgement.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and break work into actionable tasks.
• Growth-oriented, eager to thrive in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghent (not remote).
