Jobgether is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First to join a fully remote engineering team in Belgium. You will work across the stack with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, applying AI-assisted development practices and owning features end-to-end.

The role emphasizes security, scalability, and high standards in a fast-moving, autonomous team environment with international exposure and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript across full stack.
• Interest in AI-assisted and agentic development and prompt engineering.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and ensure production readiness.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery, cloud deployment, and secure software practices.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the development and evolution of product features as part of an autonomous engineering team, collaborating with Product Managers on priorities and solutions.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Apply AI-first development practices using AI agents to accelerate implementation.
• Architect, implement, review, and validate AI-assisted code for scalable and secure solutions.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for applications, from system design and development through cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Apply modern security practices when designing applications that handle sensitive data.
• Identify vulnerabilities and technical risks, incorporating security-conscious thinking throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to a results-oriented, autonomous engineering culture with strong ownership.
