Job summary

Adomate in Ghent is looking for a full-stack engineer who loves building products from the ground up and shaping both code and culture. You’ll work directly with the founders, shipping features at startup speed and making decisions that matter.

You’ll build our platform with Next.js and TypeScript, design APIs, and deliver great user experiences. If you thrive in ambiguity and care about value over tools, this is your role.

What you’ll do

• Ship product features end-to-end from idea to production at startup pace
• Build and maintain our platform using Next.js and TypeScript
• Design and implement APIs that integrate with Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create great user experiences that make complex workflows feel simple
• Shape our engineering culture and choose the tools that will scale with us
• Optimize for performance and make technical decisions that balance speed with quality

Who we’re looking for

You’re a full-stack engineer who thrives in ambiguity and gets energy from building things that matter.

• Strong opinions, loosely held: you care more about shipping value than being right
• Experience with modern frameworks like React and Typescript
• Backend chops with Node.js and API design

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of advertising/marketing platforms
• Previous startup experience
