Job summary

R3AL.AI is building the data foundation for open, privacy‑respecting AI. You will own the data layer from raw client data to ML‑ready assets, crafting connectors and scalable pipelines that work across on‑prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product and onboarding for clients in regulated sectors, ensuring data privacy and governance from day one.

Qualifications

• Production data pipelines experience
• Strong Python and SQL
• Experience connecting many data sources
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow/Dagster/Prefect/dbt
• Docker and deployment on cloud or on‑prem
• GDPR/regulatory data experience bonus

Responsibilities

• Build connectors to plug platform into client data sources
• Design automated pipelines to ingest, clean, deduplicate and structure data
• Turn raw company data into ML-ready assets: fine-tuning datasets, evaluation sets and retrieval-ready knowledge
• Build in data privacy from the start: PII detection, anonymization, access control and data lineage
• Make pipelines repeatable and versioned for new data drops or model releases
• Collaborate with founders on product roadmap, technical direction and client onboarding
