Timper is hiring Founding Data Engineers to help build the AI operating partner for real estate development across Brussels, Paris, and Zurich. You will own data pipelines, models, and the long-term architecture while shipping features at pace.

You’ll work directly with the founders, ingest data from diverse sources, ensure data quality, and shape how the product consumes data for AI-enabled decisions. Equity and impactful work await.

Qualifications

• Strong PostgreSQL and Python skills.
• Experience building production data pipelines and workflow systems.
• Familiarity with Dagster, dbt, Airflow, Spark, and cloud infra.

Responsabilités

• Build data ingestion pipelines from APIs, PDFs, websites, and geospatial sources into bronze/gold layers.
• Design scalable data models powering features and AI systems.
• Own orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, and reliability of the data stack.
