Koda Tech in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking an AI Engineer to join a venture-backed team building production-grade AI-powered products. You will own end-to-end development of AI applications, focusing on understanding, extracting, and reasoning over large volumes of unstructured data.

You will work with a small, collaborative team, shaping the evolution of the AI platform, with ownership of projects, and direct impact on product direction and technical strategy in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Python development.
• Experience building applications using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Understanding of RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Experience developing and deploying production-ready software.

Responsabilités

• Developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Building and optimising RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
• Designing evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI performance.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll be building production-grade AI applications that solve real business challenges.
