Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Founders Associate to partner directly with the founders, shaping go-to-market and growth systems in a fast-moving AI-driven spend intelligence startup. You will translate ambiguous problems into clear plans, run experiments, and build scalable automation to accelerate sales and product decisions.

You’ll work closely with the founders, identify attractive market segments, and design actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes across sales, product, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-performance experience in startups, consulting, VC, or finance.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers.
• Commercially minded with curiosity about customers and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Run and iterate on outbound and lead-generation engine across target accounts.
• Identify and prioritize customer segments and ICPs using conversations, market research, and data.
• Design and execute growth experiments across channels and partnerships; make data-driven recommendations.
• Build AI-enabled and automated workflows to speed up research, prospecting, outreach, and reporting.
• Develop analyses and operating plans for strategic company and founder-level decisions.
