Conveo is building an AI research platform for fast, affordable, high-quality consumer and B2B research. We are hiring a Finance & Strategy Associate to work directly with the founders and leadership on the numbers behind every major decision.

You will start as operator and guardian of Conveo’s financials, partnering across divisions to drive capital, revenue and expense discussions and build scalable financial models to guide Series B onward.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in finance or related startup roles.
• Expertise in three-statement modelling and scenario analyses.
• Strong analytical and communication skills enabling non-finance stakeholders to understand numbers.
• Genuine interest in high-growth startups.
• Strong SaaS metrics understanding: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts.
• Availability to start in August.

Responsabilités

• Serve as operator and guardian of Conveo’s financials.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership across divisions on capital, revenue, and expenses.
• Drive discussions for hiring plans and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for decision-making.
• Coordinate with accountants to close books across US, UK, BE.
• Prepare investor and board reporting and support fundraising.
• Shape pricing, deal economics, and capital allocation decisions.
• Conduct market research and surface strategic insights.
