Seven Senders GmbH, backing claim.me, seeks a founder’s associate intern to drive go-to-market efforts, shape product positioning, and analyze data to uncover risks and opportunities for online retailers. You will work on ownership of projects that enable scalable growth in a fast-paced setting.

We value hands-on contributors with a strong ownership mindset, fluent German and English, and a passion for analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• First hands-on experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a plus.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1/C2).
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on, curious approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the full GTM journey, from pitch preparation to contract discussions and account management
• Shaping how claim.me is positioned and sold to online retailers
• Analyzing customer, product, and operational data, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
• Improving internal processes and workflows
• Taking ownership of projects that help claim.me scale sustainably

European online retailers lose millions every year to shipping issues; parcels are lost, damaged, and delayed. Most of them have accepted this as the cost of doing business. claim.me exists to prove them wrong!

We've built an award-winning (NRF Retail's Big Show Europe) AI-native automation engine that automatically recovers this lost revenue. The product works. Retailers who see it, buy it. Your job is to make sure they see it.

Backed by Seven Senders, the European leader in e-commerce logistics, you will have an existing network, warm leads, and a recognised brand behind you from day one.

We are looking for a founder’s associate intern to jump on a variety of projects (go-to-market, data analysis, processes) and bring parcel claiming for online shops into the 21st century - ownership and growth potential guaranteed!

Your responsibilities:

This is what you need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• First hands-on experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a huge plus
• Fluent German (C2 or equivalent-level) and English skills (C1/C2)
• A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility
• An analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, curious approach
