Capgemini is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to shape customer experiences using software engineering, data, and AI. You will work with clients to translate business needs into scalable, AI-enhanced solutions across energy, utilities, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, architecture, data, and engineering teams, leveraging cloud platforms and modern practices to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital Customer Experience initiatives across digital and assisted channels.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry such as Energy & Utilities, Public Sector, Manufacturing or Automotive.
• Solid software engineering background with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and modern practices.
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsabilités

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand journeys, challenges, and technology ecosystems.
• Translate business needs into clear use cases, technical requirements, and value-driven opportunities.
• Build prototypes, MVPs, and intelligent solutions including APIs and AI agents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce production-ready concepts.
