MEOGROUP Belgium is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a food manufacturing client to boost equipment reliability and reduce costs via CMMS/EAM implementation. You will analyze performance, develop maintenance strategies, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve availability.
You should have an engineering degree or 5+ years in reliability/maintenance of industrial equipment, experience in food manufacturing preferred, and proficiency with ERP and AutoCAD; English and
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or 5+ years in reliability/maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficient in ERP systems and AutoCAD; knowledge of food industry quality systems.
Responsabilités
- Analyse equipment performance: monitor indicators and maintenance costs, identify deviations and investigate root causes.
- Optimise maintenance plans: develop and refine maintenance programmes and integrate into the CMMS.
- Support the Maintenance Manager with budgeting and scheduling.
- Improve spare parts management: identify requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to investment projects and outsourcing decisions.
- Coordinate technical modifications and oversee implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
