Are you looking to apply your technical expertise to practical projects and contribute to continuous improvement within a production environment? This opportunity could be for you.

Your mission:

As part of the implementation of a new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS/EAM), you will help improve equipment reliability, safety, performance and cost efficiency throughout its lifecycle.

Working closely with maintenance and production teams, you will develop maintenance strategies tailored to the site’s needs and implement sustainable solutions to improve equipment availability.

Your responsibilities:
  • Analyse equipment performance: monitor operational indicators and maintenance costs, identify deviations and investigate root causes alongside technical and production teams.
  • Optimise maintenance plans: develop and refine maintenance programmes and integrate them into the CMMS.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager: with budget preparation and maintenance scheduling.
  • Improve spare parts management: identify requirements, assess component criticality and define sourcing strategies, taking delivery lead times into account.
  • Contribute to investment projects and decisions regarding outsourcing and the technical skills required to carry out maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate technical modifications: assess their impact, support decision-making and oversee implementation to ensure changes are introduced in a controlled manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement by keeping up to date with developments in maintenance and reliability practices.
Your profile:
  • You hold an engineering degree or have at least five years of equivalent relevant experience in reliability, maintenance or continuous improvement of industrial equipment.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • You are proficient in ERP systems and AutoCAD and have a sound understanding of quality systems used in the food industry.
  • You have knowledge of electrical engineering and automation.
  • You have successfully delivered projects to optimise maintenance plans or improve equipment reliability.
  • You communicate confidently in French and English. Dutch is an asset.
  • You have an analytical, practical mindset and can translate findings into concrete actions.
  • You are proactive, organised and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with operational teams.
