Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Belgium is inviting an internship in Transactions and Corporate Finance. You will be staffed across due diligence, valuation modeling, and live M&A processes, gaining broad exposure in Belgium and abroad.

Fluent in Dutch with excellent English (written and spoken).
Available for a 6-month internship starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth research on specific companies and sectors in Belgium and abroad.
Preparation of prospection and contribution to pitches.
Contribution to information memoranda, teasers and other marketing materials.
Working on company valuations.
Financial analysis and business plan modeling.
Assistance in live sell- and buy-side M&A processes.
