EY Belgium invites you to join its Core Business Services team as an Internship Talent Acquisition Specialist in Diegem. You will support campus recruitment, employer branding initiatives and help define sourcing strategies to attract young talents during Jan–Jun 2027.

This internship offers exposure to EY's recruitment processes, mentoring from experienced professionals and opportunities to develop key skills while contributing to a high-profile organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for an intern to join our team during the second semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, between January and June 2027, for a minimum internship period of two months. You’ll be acting as an ambassador for EY, so our reputation for excellence and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands. In return, you’ll have the support of a network of highly knowledgeable colleagues, as well as opportunities to impress in a high-profile role as an intern within a rapidly growing team.

It’s no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this internship. You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from attracting young talents to participating in Employer Branding initiatives and defining sourcing strategies. It’s all about creatively identifying and reacting to opportunities to grow and improve our recruitment strategy. In return, you can expect plenty of opportunities to develop your own skills during the internship period.

Your Key Responsibilities

Campus recruitment

• Sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and decision-making for candidates.
• Participating in internal and external recruitment events.
• Organizing assessment days and accurately evaluating candidates.
• Administrative follow-up of candidates.

Employer branding

• Practical organization of internal and external recruitment events.
• Brainstorming on target audience activation.

Your Profile

You have:

• You are currently a final master or professional bachelor student, and as part of your track you need to complete an internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English, and a good understanding of French.
• Have excellent relationship building, negotiation and an understanding of influencing factors for a wide range of audiences.
• A driver's license is nice to have.
• Availability to complete the internship between January and June 2027.
