Loop in Antwerp/Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Firmware Program Manager to own the end-to-end firmware roadmap for connected products. You will lead cross-functional teams across Firmware Engineering, Product, Hardware, Digital, and Operations to ensure milestones, risks, and release readiness align with the broader product plan.

You bring 8+ years of program management for complex technical products, excellent communication, and a bias for action.

• Own the integrated firmware roadmap and milestone framework across connected-product programs.
• Turn firmware milestones into executable plans with hardware, app releases, validation and launch plans.
• Maintain cross-program view of firmware risks, issues, dependencies, capacity and release readiness.
• Drive firmware governance: risk management, scope and change control, release-readiness reviews.
• Provide leadership with reliable firmware milestones, dependencies and recommendations.
