Job summary

Loop is seeking an experienced freelance Digital Program Manager to lead high-priority programs across companion apps, connected-product experiences and platform capabilities. You will own delivery plans, align Product, Software, Firmware, Operations and Marketing, and ensure release readiness within Loop’s governance structure.

You’ll connect product strategy with execution, surface risks early, and keep teams aligned while driving accountability across software, hardware and commercial

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex digital product or technical programs.
• Ability to step into an existing digital program environment and operate independently.
• Turn product scope, engineering estimates and dependencies into executable program and release plans.
• Coordinate software, product and cross-functional workstreams while maintaining visibility across milestones, risks, capacity and readiness.
• Navigate competing priorities and recommend trade-offs to protect delivery quality and launch timing.
• Communicate technical progress and risk clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working through change and ambiguity without losing momentum.
• Apply AI judiciously to improve quality and outcomes with clear judgment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program and release plans across app development, platform engineering and connected-product software.
• Turn product scope and engineering estimates into clear milestones and actionable workstreams.
• Connect digital releases with firmware, hardware, validation, operations, marketing and launch plans.
• Maintain a single reliable view of delivery, dependencies, risks, capacity and readiness.
• Identify sequencing conflicts and resource constraints early, driving mitigation to closure.
• Coordinate capacity and budget inputs across digital functions and external partners with visibility against scope.
• Govern digital program governance including risk management, scope and change control, and release-readiness reviews.
• Translate technical progress and risks into clear product and business impact for leadership.
