Vivid Resourcing is supporting a growing international group near Ghent, Destelbergen, with a Senior Accountant who will evolve into Finance Manager. You will own a broad finance remit and influence finance strategy across Belgium, France, Germany and Spain.

The role emphasizes ownership, progression towards CFO-level responsibility and exposure to AI, automation, ERP, and digitalisation in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting/finance experience
• Strong A-Z accounting knowledge
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• Fluent Dutch
• Good English is highly advantageous; French is a plus
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Ambitious, proactive and hands-on
• Someone who sees an opportunity and thinks, "I'll take ownership of that."
• Most importantly, someone who wants to grow beyond accounting

Responsabilités

• Own a broad range of finance and business areas including controlling, reporting and analytics
• Drive AI, automation and finance optimisation
• Optimise ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Conduct investment analysis and manage tax audits & international finance
• Lead process improvement and digitalisation projects
• Collaborate with CFO and cross-border teams across Belgium, France, Germany & Spain

We’re looking for an ambitious, fast-moving finance professional to join a growing international group in Destelbergen. You’ll start from a strong accounting foundation, but the role is designed to evolve into a broad finance position with genuine ownership and influence.
