Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Industrial Air Division Business Control team in Antwerp. You will collaborate with divisional management to deliver high-quality reporting, analysis and strategic financial support across the globe.

You will lead consolidation, planning and monthly follow-up, while developing insightful management reports and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4–5 years of accounting or business control experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools.

We are looking for an FinancialController to join our Industrial Air Division Business Control team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with divisional management and colleagues across the globe, contributing to decisions that shape the future of the business.

You will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, planning, business analysis, and strategic initiatives while building a strong international network across the Atlas Copco Group.

You will report directly to the Vice President Business Control, Industrial Air Division.

As Financial Controller, you will contribute to the division's financial performance by delivering high-quality reporting, analysis, and business support.

You will:

• Lead the consolidation of divisional financial results.
• Support the reporting, forecasting, planning, and month-end follow-up processes across the division.
• Develop and maintain management reports, financial scorecards, and business performance dashboards.
• Provide financial reporting and business control support to customer centers and product companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with divisional management to provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial presentations and management reports for divisional leadership.
• Support the Vice President Business Control in coordinating the division's reporting and planning processes.
• Contribute to finance and business control projects within the Industrial Air Division, Compressor Technique Business Area, and the Atlas Copco Group.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and participate in internal audit activities.
• Support financial analyses, due diligence, and the integration of acquisitions.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and best-practice sharing across the division.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting and/or business control.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
