Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Industrial Air Division Business Control team. This role offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, planning, and business analysis while collaborating with divisional management across the globe.

You will lead consolidation, support forecasting and month-end activities, and develop management reports and dashboards to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting and/or business control.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead the consolidation of divisional financial results.
• Support the reporting, forecasting, planning, and month-end follow-up processes across the division.
• Develop and maintain management reports, financial scorecards, and business performance dashboards.
• Provide financial reporting and business control support to customer centers and product companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with divisional management to provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial presentations and management reports for divisional leadership.
• Support the Vice President Business Control in coordinating the division's reporting and planning processes.
• Contribute to finance and business control projects within the Industrial Air Division, Compressor Technique Business Area, and the Atlas Copco Group.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and participate in internal audit activities.
• Support financial analyses, due diligence, and the integration of acquisitions.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and best-practice sharing across the division.
