Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp is seeking a Financial Controller to lead divisional financial reporting, planning and business analysis within the Industrial Air Division Business Control team. You will gain hands‑on experience with consolidation, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while collaborating across the Atlas Copco Group globally.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting and/or business control.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead the consolidation of divisional financial results.
• Support reporting, forecasting, planning, and month-end processes across the division.
• Develop and maintain management reports, financial scorecards, and dashboards.
• Provide financial reporting and business control support to centers and product companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with divisional management to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Prepare financial presentations and management reports for divisional leadership.
• Coordinate the division's reporting and planning activities with VP Business Control.
• Contribute to finance and business control projects within the division and group.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and participate in internal audit activities.
• Assist with due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and reporting quality.

We are looking for an Financial Controller to join our Industrial Air Division Business Control team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with divisional management and colleagues across the globe, contributing to decisions that shape the future of the business.

You will gain hands‑on experience in financial reporting, planning, business analysis, and strategic initiatives while building a strong international network across the Atlas Copco Group.

You will report directly to the Vice President Business Control, Industrial Air Division.

As Financial Controller, you will contribute to the division's financial performance by delivering high-quality reporting, analysis, and business support.

You Will

• Lead the consolidation of divisional financial results.
• Support the reporting, forecasting, planning, and month‑end follow‑up processes across the division.
• Develop and maintain management reports, financial scorecards, and business performance dashboards.
• Provide financial reporting and business control support to customer centers and product companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with divisional management to provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare financial presentations and management reports for divisional leadership.
• Support the Vice President Business Control in coordinating the division's reporting and planning processes.
• Contribute to finance and business control projects within the Industrial Air Division, Compressor Technique Business Area, and the Atlas Copco Group.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and participate in internal audit activities.
• Support financial analyses, due diligence, and the integration of acquisitions.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and best‑practice sharing across the division.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting and/or business control.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
