Oleon in Belgium seeks a Financial Analyst to support the finance team in following up on R&D, SG&A and cash activities. You will collect and check data, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support monthly reporting with presentations.

You will collaborate closely with controllers and colleagues across departments and report to the Finance & Cost Manager. You are a recent graduate or have early experience in finance, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
• Recent graduate or first experience in finance, controlling, audit or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, proactive and a team player.
• Good knowledge of Excel; Power BI and ERP experience are assets.

Responsabilités

• Collect, check and consolidate financial data for R&D, SG&A and Cash activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly reports including presentations.
• Monitor costs and identify differences between actuals and budget.
• Prepare financial overviews and recurring reports for the finance team.
• Support financial follow-up of projects and departments and ensure correct cost allocation.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and business cases.
• Contribute to improving financial reports, tools and processes.
