Conveo is seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate to partner with founders and leadership. You will own the numbers behind major decisions, combining hands-on financial operations with strategic analyses to scale through Series B and beyond.

You'll start by owning Conveo’s financials, collaborating across divisions, and guiding calls on capital, revenue, and expenses. This generalist role blends finance execution with strategic growth planning.

Qualifications

1–4 years experience in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup.
Model mastery: three-statement modelling, scenario analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc models.
Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate numbers into decisions for non-finance stakeholders.
Fluent in English; interest in high-growth startups and SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
Willingness to start in August and work in UK or BE.

Responsabilités

Design, implement, and optimize the financial systems and processes for scale.
Provide real-time cash burn and runway clarity for fast decision‑making.
Drive discussions on capital, revenue, expenses, hiring, and growth with leadership.
Develop financial models, hiring plans, scenario analyses, KPI tracking, and monitoring.
Coordinate with accountants across US, UK, and BE entities for closes.
Prepare investor and board reporting and support fundraising efforts.
Oversee pricing, deal economics, and capital allocation planning.
Research markets and competitors to sharpen strategy and GTM.
Support sales enablement with finance‑driven materials.
