Job summary

Walt & Spencer in Brussels is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a financial partner to the business leaders in the EMEA region. The role leads monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning while analyzing revenue, margins and profitability to guide pricing decisions.

You will develop financial models for new products and market expansion, tracking daily sales and owning the budget for investments. Collaboration with CFO and senior management is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in finance or controlling.
• Fluent English plus French or Dutch; Triilingual = Plus.
• Experience in ERP and tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Acting as financial partner to business leaders in EMEA with direct contact with the regional CFO and presentations for senior management.
• Building the monthly forecast, the annual plan and long-range plan with variance analysis against forecast, budget and prior year.
• Analyzing revenue, gross margin, product mix and customer profitability, and working with sales and product management on pricing and margin.
• Developing business cases and financial models for new products, investments and market expansion with scenario analyses for management.
• Tracking daily sales against target, calculating and validating quarterly sales bonuses, and owning the budget for commercial investments and rebates.
• Improving forecasting and reporting through automation and dashboards.
