Minds&More is seeking a Finance Consultant to support clients by applying finance expertise and delivering impact across a variety of projects and sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and help implement best practices in finance.

You will contribute to financial analysis, accounting and internal controls improvements while embracing flexibility, collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking in every assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accountancy, Fiscality, Business Engineering, Applied Economics…
• Proven finance experience or equivalent (min. 2 to 8 years experience)

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement best practices in finance across diverse client projects.
• Contribute to development and implementation across sectors and projects as a trusted advisor to management.
• Analyze financial data and improve processes & internal controls; support reporting improvements.

We are looking for a passionate Finance Consultant who’ll support our clients by making an impact and help them with their finance expertise.

Key responsibilities

As a Finance Consultant, you will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in finance while working on a wide variety of challenging projects across different sectors and with diverse clients. You will embrace variety in your assignments, approach each project with an entrepreneurial mindset, and act as a trusted advisor to management teams by providing valuable insights and guidance.

• Analysis: financial analyst, financial controller, business analyst, business controller
• Accounting: GL accountant, accountant
• Processes & internal controls, improvements of reporting

Your profile

• You’re the proud owner of a bachelor degree or master degree in Accountancy, Fiscality, Business Engineering, Applied Economics…
• Proven finance experience or equivalent (min. 2 to 8 years experience)

Bilingual in French and Dutch; English is a plus.

Finance consultants need a mix of technical and soft skills to work effectively with their clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Strong foundation in accounting
• Flexibility and resilience, with a genuine appetite for variety and new challenges
