ECS European Containers Ltd in Zeebrugge is seeking student workers to provide administrative support 1 to 2 days per week from September 2026 to June 2027. You will gain experience in a dynamic logistics environment and work with different colleagues.

On-the-job training and a dedicated buddy will help you get up to speed. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program and available during working hours; prior admin experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Available to work 1 to 2 days per week, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
• Experience with administrative tasks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and processing sales invoices.
• Following up on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Supporting payment reminders and customer account administration.
• Managing and updating customer and supplier data.
• Providing general administrative support to the Sales Invoicing, Collection and ERP Company teams.
