Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk, Belgium, seeks a mobile software engineer to own features end-to-end across Flutter, Dart and ASP.NET Core services. You will collaborate from discovery to production to deliver reliable mobile experiences for field technicians.

The role emphasizes connectivity, onboarding, offline behavior, data-driven analytics with Mixpanel and New Relic, and maintaining quality with tests and reviews. Hybrid work from Belgium is offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on software development owning a feature end to end.
• Strong C# and .NET experience including REST APIs.
• Production Flutter and Dart experience with real users.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD and build setups.
• Strong analytical and root cause skills.
• Comfortable in a multidisciplinary agile team.
• Fluency with AI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Build new capabilities for SMARTLINK Mobile in Flutter and Dart; extend ASP.NET Core services and APIs end to end.
• Participate in discovery and refinement with jobs-to-be-done thinking.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and designer from the first sketch.
• Build the commissioning and onboarding experiences for sensors, gateways and connected equipment.
• Engineer for intermittent connectivity, offline behavior, slow networks and clear user guidance.
• Close the loop with data: adoption and usage in Mixpanel, system behavior in New Relic, and commissioning metrics as a product metric.
• Maintain quality with tests, code reviews, architecture discussions, and production troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI in daily work and raise the bar on its use.
