Philips in Belgium (Flanders region) seeks a Clinical Specialist to drive professional recommendations and clinical marketing activities. You will engage KOLs, educate clinicians, and support localization of toolkit materials for the Sleep & Respiratory Care region in the Benelux.

You will lead KOL relationships, act as local product manager for the attributed solution, and represent Philips at events and congresses, aiming to grow brand strength and market share.

Qualifications

• Clinical knowledge in Pulmonology, Neurology, Sleep or Cardio contexts to understand patient outcomes.
• Ability to influence KOLs and drive market development via clinical and marketing activities.
• Understanding care pathways and removing barriers for new clinical approaches, requiring clinical expertise.
• Strong business acumen, quick learning of Philips business model and competitors in a complex matrix.
• Financial knowledge helps understanding revenue and margin management.

Responsabilités

• Increase brand preference and customer loyalty with professional stakeholders (indirect channels, DME, homecare providers).
• Drive prescriptions by engaging clinical societies and the medical community.
• Educate professionals, customers, and patient organizations about Philips solutions.
• Deliver clinical toolkit requirements and localize tools for lobbying and KOL engagement.
• Own and prioritize KOL/clinical relationships and act as local product manager for the attributed solution category.
• Participate in local events and congresses to raise the brand and support market needs.
