Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist for Sleep & Respiratory Care in the Flanders region. The role drives clinical recommendations, supports marketing alignment, educates professionals, and engages with clinical societies to advance Philips solutions.

You will own local KOL relationships and act as a product manager for the designated category. The position is field-based within the Benelux Sleep & Respiratory Care organization, reporting to the Clinical & Professional Marketing

Responsibilities

• Increase brand preference and customer loyalty with professional stakeholders (indirect channel partners, DME's, homecare providers, ...)
• Drive prescriptions from clinical societies (physicians, nurses, technicians, ...)
• Engage & educate prof. & clinical societies, customers, and organizations representing patients
• Provide the clinical benefits of Philips solutions and technical advice
• Deliver solution demos for clinical audiences (prescribers, organizations representing patients, local HCP)
• Participate in local events, congresses, etc.
• Understand local marketing needs (congresses, studies, etc.)
• Provide toolkit requirements to Business and localize toolkits, enabling lobbying, KOL engagement and connected solutions
• Owns & prioritizes KOL/clinical relationship and drives KOL/clinical engagement
• Act as the local product manager for the attributed solution category
• Report to the Clinical & Professional Marketing Leader. Sleep & Respiratory Care Benelux
• Main KPIs: brand strength, MOR, market share, IGM, Share of Voice
