Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT development teams during a large-scale fiber network roll-out in Brussels. You will translate needs into IT requirements, drive workshops, and support business cases while coordinating UAT and go-live activities.

The role requires hands-on experience with GIS, SQL, ERD, and MSA concepts, plus strong multilingual communication in English, French, and Dutch. Hybrid work regime with ASAP start is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirement engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GIS applications and physical network infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of SQL, ERD data modeling, and MSA concepts.
• Experience managing UAT and the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to align diverging stakeholder visions and lead structured meetings.
• Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into technical requirements by organizing stakeholder sessions.
• Mature business ideas into IT requirements and support business cases.
• Validate functional analyses and track development progress with technical squads.
• Coordinate UAT by designing test scenarios and executing with end-users.
• Facilitate go-live activities including communication, user training, and work instructions.
• Provide operational support by troubleshooting functional issues and tracking bug resolutions.
