Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a results-driven manager to lead a geospatial information and asset management systems team in Brussels. You will drive the optimization of applications for work management and network planning, while improving tools that boost operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, developers, and project managers, ensuring platform maintenance, integration with workforce tools, and ongoing ITIL-aligned operations.

Qualifications

• GIS and asset management expertise required.
• Experience leading IT delivery teams of 8+ FTE.
• Bachelor's in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Computer Science.
• Fluent in French.
• ITIL knowledge and daily ICT operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Manage maintenance and evolution of geospatial and asset management platforms.
• Coordinate daily operational management and service delivery of the IT organization.
• Oversee GIS integration with workforce management and distribution tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in methodologies and tools.
• Supervise a team of at least 8 FTEs to ensure project success and reliability.
