Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to steer a team of 10 logistics colleagues and act as the main contact for transport partners at Brussels Airport.

You will drive performance through KPI reporting, daily activity meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and IT/tool standards (MS Office + ERP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent technical education or proven team leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French spoken.
• Knowledge of IT tools including MS Office and ERP systems; SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as point of contact for transport partners.
• Lead a team of 10 logistics colleagues and develop their knowledge.
• Propose KPIs and create activity reports.
• Lead daily activity meetings with the manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal logistics rules.
