Indinox in Lokeren, Belgium, is looking for an experienced piping foreman to lead teams and ensure high-quality, safe work on various projects. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in construction management and knowledge of ISOs and P&IDs.

As a piping foreman, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating your team. You will ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality. You will be the link between the client and our internal project manager, always keeping track of everything and ensuring the right materials are available at the right time.
Managing and supporting several teams (10 to 20 people, depending on experience, talent and ambition) to achieve the project objectives
Working closely with the project manager regarding planning, site meetings, and technical execution
Monitoring quality and safety in the workplace and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
Communicating with the client on safety, planning, and possible adjustments
Initial experience as a foreman or manager on a construction site
You have experience reading ISOs and P&IDs
You were a fitter or welder in a previous life; you know what they do and what the quality standards are. In other words, you are completely familiar with the profession
Your sense of responsibility ensures that the right materials are on-site at the right time and that the project runs smoothly by proactively signalling matters to the project manager, with whom you are in close consultation
You are stress-resistant, accurate and sociable, and take into account the applicable safety regulations
You speak Dutch fluently and can express yourself well in French and English (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, etc. are an advantage!)
