Job summary

Metheion Technology & Engineering Consulting is seeking a Hardware and Maintenance Engineer to support semiconductor FAB projects and daily operations in Belgium. The role blends hands-on engineering with planning and supplier coordination to ensure smooth cleanroom and FAB workflows.

You will prepare preventive maintenance, update SOPs, and manage spare parts inventory while maintaining thorough technical documentation and safety compliance. Assignment is 1 year with potential extension.

Qualifications

Must have master’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechanics or related field.

Responsibilities

Order technical parts, manage materials procurement and maintain supplier communications.
Support cleanroom Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning, preparation, execution, and troubleshooting.
Complete post-PM validation activities, logging, and technical documentation.
Write, update, and maintain SOPs for cleanroom and equipment operations.
Perform routine software and PC backups for equipment systems and FAB infrastructure.
Provide direct technical engineering support for ongoing cleanroom and FAB projects.
Package, uncrate, move, and position technical equipment and machinery components.
Manage warehouse stock levels, inventory tracking, and component organization.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.
