Thema Foundries in Oost-Vlaanderen is seeking an R&M Technician to ensure continuous uptime of high-tech cleanroom production equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document maintenance activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering or related fields, a strong electronics/mechanics foundation, and willingness to work 24/7 shifts in an international, English-led environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electro/mechanical engineering, electronics or electrical engineering.
• Solid foundation in electronics and mechanics; pneumatics, precision mechanics or vacuum tech is a strong asset.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions to equipment-related issues.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented and highly accurate in execution.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high maintenance and safety standards.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good English knowledge; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (24/7).

Responsabilités

• Participate in various technical projects.

• Act as the first point of contact for operators and engineers regarding maintenance-related matters.
• Ensure smooth handovers and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
• Contribute as a member of the emergency/intervention team.
