ITS Group Benelux in Belgium is seeking an experienced F5 Network & Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions within a large‑scale enterprise datacenter. You will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance for critical applications.

The role involves configuring virtual servers and iRules, managing SSL policies, deploying WAFs, integrating with IAM platforms, and providing knowledge transfer to teams; strong English, French or Dutch skills are

Qualifications

• Proven experience with F5 BIG-IP in large environments.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and datacenter infrastructures.
• Experience with load balancing, high availability, and application delivery.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts and architectures.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement F5 BIG-IP solutions for application delivery and traffic management.
• Define and maintain load balancing and high-availability architectures.
• Configure and administer virtual servers, pools, nodes, monitors, iRules, and SSL profiles.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, encryption policies, traffic inspection, and reporting.
• Deploy and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
• Integrate authentication and access management using F5 APM and identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Support incident, problem and change management processes.
• Execute software upgrades and patch management of the F5 platform.
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

We are looking for an experienced F5 Network & Security Engineer to support and optimize critical application delivery and security services within a large‑scale enterprise datacenter environment. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining F5 BIG‑IP solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of business‑critical applications.

• Design and implement F5 BIG‑IP solutions for application delivery and traffic management.
• Define and maintain load balancing and high-availability architectures.

• Experience with load balancing, high availability, and application delivery.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts and architectures.
• Experience with Firewall technologies such as Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Languages: English, French and Dutch are highly valued.
