Antwerp Management School is seeking a Business Developer B2C - Executive Education to engage advanced professionals and guide them from initial interest to registration. You will own the total sales funnel and work with the AMS-team to drive the program's success.

You will build relationships, understand executive learning needs, and feed insights to marketing and program owners. MS Office proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years of commercial or recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree; comfortable in a business school environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive and categorize inbound leads by interest and readiness to purchase.
• Keep leads engaged, provide value, address concerns, and respond timely.
• Collaborate with program owners to tailor approaches to participant needs.
• Manage the full engagement process up to registration.
• Proactively refine methods and campaigns to optimize conversion.
• Provide feedback to marketing and program owners to tune content.
