Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in industrial/manufacturing environments and multi-site operations.
• Solid expertise in industrial controlling, cost accounting, FP&A, working capital and profitability analysis.
• Proven strategic yet hands-on financial leadership with cross-functional partnering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, accounting, and reporting across Europe with focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline.
• Partner with CFO and senior executives to support key business decisions.
• Drive financial performance across European manufacturing sites, focusing on profitability, costs, margins, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers and operations teams to monitor costs, analyse variances, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting; translate data into actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, inventory and receivables to optimise liquidity.
• Strengthen industrial controlling, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability monitoring.
• Support capex decisions through financial modelling and ROI assessments.
• Ensure robust internal controls and governance in line with statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Develop and empower finance teams, driving process improvement and digitisation.

Education

Master's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration
