JD.com is building a leading cross-border logistics procurement team in Europe. The role focuses on long-term plans for warehousing, trucking and last-mile services, aligning with overall business goals to ensure a cost-competitive and robust supplier ecosystem.

You will negotiate long-term agreements, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with operations, finance and sales to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics procurement across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in European integrated logistics procurement (warehousing, trucking, last-mile).
• Proven track record in strategic procurement planning and cost optimization.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute and optimize long-term procurement plans for European warehousing, trucking and last-mile services.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers; integrate trucking, warehousing and courier resources into a cost-competitive ecosystem.
• Lead negotiations on long-term cooperation, pricing, SLAs and payment terms to improve cost and service quality.
• Establish a systematic supplier management system with performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
• Monitor European logistics market trends and regulatory changes; adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance and other departments to coordinate resources.
